• The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ Order) is 100 pairs, which is equal to one carton box.
• The Minimum Order Quantity per SKU (MOQ SKU) is 10 pairs.
• The customer is in charge of the shipping costs and arranging it from the country of origin (Turkey), where the vendor can fully support it under the agreed terms.
• The wholesale offer is intended only for sellers who offer products in their local retail store or sell products online on their website. Selling our products through third-party portals such as online marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, etc.) is not permitted.
• The lead time is 90 days. Any earlier delivery would be the matter per individual subject discussion.
• The order is confirmed, once the contract is signed and submitted order is confirmed by Bokyna GmbH.

Payment Term:

* 30% advance payment due upon placing the order
* 70% payment due upon receiving CMR for land shipments or BOL for the sea freight shipments
* Prices exclude tax, shipping, and customs duties, which may vary by destination and are to be handled separately by the buyer.
